I thought this was a new thread.
2014? Wow.
Yep. I saw my own response in here and thought I had some time warp.
And not to mention, 91 in 2014 is like 105 in 2018.

honestly thought it was 25mph over the speed limit here in Alabama for a reckless driving charge.

Anything over 85+ is reckless in Alabama and has been for a long time

Call a local traffic lawyer and have him deal with it.
I have found that it's cheaper to pay a lawyer to go to court for you than it is to go to court.
Case in point.
Last moving violation I got was magically reduced to a parking ticket. Lol
Lawyer charged me $125. Ticket was $75.
Had I gone in it would have been $285 plus costs and hit my insurance.
A lawyer is a great investment for traffic court.

This is why I love Texas. They have 80mph speed limits on interstate and 85 in Sh130

I got a reckless operation ticket reduced to a parking ticket. A lawyer I was friends with wrote a letter to the DA and he made me pay a couple hundred bucks and take a driving class but at least my insurance didn't go up.
