Wait, so you are saying Chicago is corrupt? What?! lol

I should have been more clear, I can only speak to what is SUPPOSED to happen in Louisiana. I’m sure certain places try to squeeze every dime out of the state and the federal government they can.

The unions everywhere do this. It's not unique to Chicago.
