I actually have an issue like this:
New girl at work, beautiful, younger than I am, and is already an executive(6th from the top, I don't know how they just hired her for the position).
Anyway, when we meet, I couldn't help but think she was really eyeballing me.....but I didn't think about "that's just your ego, Kujo...that girl is too fine for you and at her level, what the frick would she be interested in some glorified grunt?" I have an office in her building, but I oversee grunt work while she's legal,finance,policy..high up stuff"
Anyway a couple days later, we pass each other in hallway and say hi in passing, and then 10 mins later are in the coffee room at the same time, and she says " I think you're following me". I tried to quickly say something and it came out "You caught me", we both chuckled and that was that.
Since then we've passed in the halls a few times with eye contact and smiles...and I can't figure if she's like this with everyone or not.
I can't harass the new golden girl, it's distracting me at work more than TD.

Its just how she gets on good terms with people and keeps moving up.

I know, it's shitty.
But you meet girls all the time, some just look at you different. It's like when they seem to be searching your eyes, and it's just a stare that lasts a bit longer and a smile that has a hint of embarrassed blushing to it.
I'm a fool, but I don't care as long as the dream is alive.
