Do that shite Mon-Friday from midnight to 3AM. Don’t close off the fricking roads and do construction on a SATURDAY FROM 11AM to 5 PM!!

I'd rather them do it on the weekend when I have extra time. I agree they should utilize night work more often. It seems like they'd want to during the summer anyway.
