At Exit 151 just west of Baton Rouge. If you're going westward you won't see him til you're pretty close.
You're welcome.
You're welcome.

What a waste of tax dollars. No way anybody driving in neutral is going very fast.

Baton rouge has no neutral ground. That is a term used only in new orleans. The phrase originated long ago as an area where there would be no bloodshed.

That's the exit at Hwy. 415. They're usually on the west side of the overpass. I pass through there every day and they're usually there 90% of the time. If not there, they'll be in the median right where the interstate divides with wooded median. Then there's also the "Emergency Vehicles Only" crossing just past mile marker 145.

So there is no neutral ground in New Orleans either.
