The inflation adjusted price of a gallon of gas is also down long-term.

College tuition pisses me off…it’s a racket.

It is also somewhat interesting how every industry that has heavy government assistance miraculously outpaces the avg rate of inflation and wage growth.

If born in 83, you went to college in either 2001 or 2002. When did the student loan debt crisis get so far out of control? Wasn’t it a little after that?

Oh it did. But the dude called out millennials who worked through school like they didn’t exist. I do exist.

But yes I did avoid the loans but I also didn’t buy text books, take any trips, lived in my car a while, lived on .99 cheeseburgers, didn’t buy the sports pass, took 6.5 years to graduate, etc.

Costs are up from now but I also was doing it on 5.15/hour most of the time. Costs went really stupid around 2009-2012 just like healthcare. I was done but got f’d by the economy.

This chart heading is bogus (imagine that). It's actually a graph from 2020 showing the 22 year change from 1998.

Everyone loves to shite on Obama for that, but he’s the only President who attempted to fix our shitty healthcare system.

Of course the union hand lib cares more that someone gave an effort than the result

New cars haven’t gone up since 2000? I’m not a believer. New trucks are a lot more.

A 2000 f-250 XLT started at $22k, plus. A 2022 F-250 XLT is starting at $42k, plus.

Almost identical on that cute little chart.
