I have a Greenworks one. Great for small things around the house. I’ve even washed my driveway with it, and did my in-laws pool with a disc.

I would’ve gotten one of these industrial, gas guzzling, loud, commercial ones every “man” here is recommending, but I still have 79 mos left to pay on my F250.

Get something around 3000+psi

This is overkill for just washing a house or deck.

I have this one Greenworks 2300 psi

It’s not like most of the cheap shitty electric ones. It’s about as strong as the Briggs one I had before, and I don’t have to worry with draining gas and/or cleaning the carb if I don’t use it for a while. I bought a wand extension, and it does a good job cleaning the siding on the 2nd story of my camp.

Not true exactly, you need both. It doesn't work like that....this would be equivalent to saying volts > amps. Again, you need both.

I've got the Greenworks 2300psi like the one above and it works awesome. I was leary at first about going with the electric because I didn't think it would have the power. Wrong.

I can do the porch (25'x5'), driveway (15'x 30'), and back deck (10'x 40')in about an hour and a half with a surface cleaner. Plug it in and it's good to go.

Only paid $170 for mine as someone had opened the box at Lowes and they discounted it, but I would be just as satisfied if I had paid full price for it. I've had it for almost 2 years and use it on a bi-monthly basis. Never had 1 issue with it.

A higher pressure/flow pump allows you to use a wider fan tip. This allows you to clean a wider path at a faster pace.
