It uses Cadillac body parts, it is not made by Cadillac. When the first built from scratch limos were put in use during the Clinton years, the details of the construction were a pretty tightly guarded secret, and it was widely speculated in many publications that the base frame and engine was from a F250 truck, could have been just disinformation by the secret service.
