EDIT: I just saw Perkins extends up fairly far north after a turn as well as being that section where the girl flipped her car. It may not be as bad on some parts of Perkins there.

It’s not too far from there. This was Perkins kind of near Swamp Rd, walking to Bluff. But you’re right—a 45 MPH speed limit (where people go much faster), two lane road, no shoulders or sidewalks. Nice normal houses and a safe area, but treacherous for walking.
