These people are everywhere, they just show themselves when the jackpot gets big enough to talk about. There is no "theory" that picking your own numbers works best

Yeah if you look at the ticket it has several lines on it (A,B,C,D,E) but only A has numbers by it. It's shopped.
Also...if you looked at the Instagram comments you saw several ones made by fake accounts with the guy's name in it saying the same thing(follow my account and I'll give you money).
