Been out in the warehouse district for 3 hours now

When I walked out this morning at 6, it was already 85...

Lights go out for Super Bowl and MNF. Street floods for Raw just a couple weeks ago.

I guess I'm a little confused about if this was just a power cutback or what. All the street lights and it looked like no power on the street level places along Poydras. Shops in our building didn't look like they had power, but the rest of the building is just fine.
