Yep, it’s bad enough to make you take a trip to Wal Mart with the wife and kids...

Some sub station was knocked out, It wasn’t even raining that hard when it went out...

Reading now lightening struck the Labarre substation...

That’s correct. The owner was doing that just to screw with the neighborhood because everyone was against a zoning change that she wanted for her two properties.

As far as I know it never went section 8.
