Hated CE with a passion. People keep telling me to go back once I'm a part timer. Sounds boring to me. Plan on staying full time for a while then going to the airlines after that.

I think there's already an exception to that for Mil pilots, and with the massive attrition that's just around the corner, I foresee further amendments, I have a friend around my seniority(another guard guy, Viper type,) that was hired here with just over 400 hrs.

you're doing it right, you've got a lot of options and will have the best of both worlds, when you get squared away with training and get back to the unit, start making contact with the airlines and make frequent updates, just get your name into the mix, a lot of guys assume that they won't get a call for what ever reason, but let the airline make that call, I met N**s down there last year and told him I'd try to walk his file in and he didn't think he had enough time to be competitive and he does, that along with being an Eagle driver and being from LSU! you have to be proactive
