I had to switch to smart balance in the big tub. too many with the cholesterol. I snuck real butter and it makes the readings surreal.

what is the new thing about not cooking with veggie oil? what oil do you use?

I have grape seed, vegetable oil, olive oil, sesame oil and I finished my coconut oil up this past weekend

It depends on what I’m cooking - but mostly veg or olive oil

Our habits have changed quite a bit over the years as the kids have gotten older. It seems like their tastes change from month to month. Never know what you’ll find in our refrigerator or pantry.

Ah, this makes sense. I always have it left over after holiday/football parties. Seems to be in a lot of party foods.. Plus, it's great on a plate with pepper jelly or Pickapeppa on it.
