Yeah, it's an ambilobe panther. They really aren't that hard. It just isn't something that you can be like "oh, I'm getting a chameleon today." You just have to do a lot of research and setting up before buying. Just be responsible.
I researched for months before I actually bought him. It was probably a little overkill, but I was a little scared by people saying they are hard. At this point I have everything automated with the mister and lights. An automated mister is a must so that he can get water while I'm at work.
Eta: also buying from a responsible breeder is pretty important. The sponsors at chameleon forums is a good place to look, and that forum is a really good resource in general. I got mine from Panther Company. Sired by Blue Fire.

Good looking dog! Had we not been able to find a Rhodesian when we did, we were gonna get a Dobe. They pretty much share the qualities we were looking for.
