I've had road rage in the AM before.
And if having to work at this time, you're already pissed off like I used to be when having to leave my house at 4:30am and pick up coworkers to make it to work by 6am.

Damn Polar Pop we are close. I live on Benton Road near the Thrifty Liqour.
I suspect this person was shot in the North Market area of Shreveport and made it down I-220 a couple miles before he gave up the ghost.

I called LSP and reported it about three miles prior to getting off in Alexandria, I dont know if they did anything with em, but something was off.

They had probably been partying. You should have held the pistol in your left hand, rolled down the window and hung your left arm out. Then after they saw it, quickly slow down get behind them and turn off your lights while continuing to follow them.

Thats what Im thinking. Either got filled up around North Market or Lakeshore/Jefferson Paige area then hooked up on 220 to try and gain some ground.
