Serious question: How can this kids parents tell him/her that "they can grow up to be anything they want if they work hard and stay focused."?

As a black person in a position to hire professionals, I can't even argue with this. This girl has a better chance of getting hired by someone white than me. I would hate to bring race in this, but you look at a name like this and imagine all the people with similar names look like and this person won't even get called for an interview. These dumbasses think they are being cute, but they are hurting their kids futures, more so with black people who are in a position to hire. I refuse to interview somebody with a name like this. They will not come into my place of employment fricking up my good job. It's a sad thing to admit.
