Three foot high rock wall with 3 waterfalls flowing into the pool bordering it is $3000, youll love the sound year around. Maybe a step less entry and make sure you have a great heater to heat the spa on short notice.

That water fountain will not be there...
Key is to make your pool a water feature. So if you do away with the fountain, incorporate water features with the pool . . . fountain heads spraying into the pool, waterfall from spa, etc. You'll find unique water features to be the most value added element of the project.

Is that the deep end of the pool next to your spa?

Where will your outdoor tv be located? Best thing we did was put the hot tub (similar setup to yours but with the pool vertical to house) half way under our outdoor area where the tv and ceiling fans are. We watch football from the spa or on outdoor furniture while kids are swimming. Having the fans overhead is nice in TX.
