That wasn’t a U haul, it was a Krispy Kreme truck.

They slowed to a crawl and the officers were on the speaker demanding that he stop the vehicle and come out.
There was a bit of a stand off for 60-90 seconds with officers having guns drawn behind their opened doors. Then the U Haul sped off again.

I heard the standoff near S. Ardenwood and Eastwood. They just took off after being told to step out of the car, like a minute or two of decision time, I guess. From what I know, last seen on Capital Heights near Moore (from Nextdoor app).
