I wouldn't want my surgeon on edge and nervous while doing my procedure. Now why is this acceptable behavior for a cop?

Because your gallbladder isn't going to pull a gun from its waistband and shoot the surgeon.
I legit lol'd.

Who kills more whites... cops or whites?
That is stupid question. Murder is dependent of proximity.
Blacks kill more blacks because of they live in the same neighborhoods.
Whites kill more whites because of they live in the same neighborhoods.
Asians kill more Asians because of they live in the same neighborhoods.
So are you saying cops kill more black folks because they interact with them more?

Lol, when was it learned that he didn't have a gun?

LOL it is pretty hard for an unarmed black man to pull a gun he does not have.
Criminal law, correctly, views human action via reasonable responses to the information known at the time. It's easy to say now that the police shouldn't have fired because there was no gun in the vehicle. However, at the time the event occurred, there is no possible way for them to know that. Hence, the order to stay away from the vehicle.

Okay, change it to 50%.
What about 25%?

Until you check the numbers in relation to populations.

black people don't have to listen to white people because it reminds them of slavery that they never actually endured

I understand a larger percentage of blacks live in poverty and are uneducated, which you can say part of it has to do with the lack of opportunities blacks one had. When a large amount of a certain population was once oppressed, it will take a long time for that to not be a factor, but with that said, as for as opportunity that is available and resources that are available to everyone, how do all whites have it easier than all blacks?
Yes.
quote:
If a black person, like anyone else, works hard they will have the same opportunity to be successful. Because of affirmative action, there are situations in which a black person is at an advantage.
Lets be clear white women have benefited from Affirmative action more than blacks. So you can get rid of that notion that Affirmative Action is the saving grace for blacks.

5. Why do they have a helicopter if it's just a stalled vehicle?
6. Why is the vehicle stalled in oncoming traffic?
6. Why is the vehicle stalled in oncoming traffic?

So we should not exercise the rights that Tbird told me I have as an American? So do I have these rights or don't I? I am confused.

You've solved your own riddle, chief. Good job. More interaction, more homicide.

Let me ask you a question, what is an acceptable percentage in your opinion?

Just to get this straight, you believe that the reason black exponentially outnumber other races in terms of prison population is 100% systematic?
It's been.. what.. 2 generations since blacks could actually vote nationwide?
The entire system kept them down for generations. Black wall street was burned to the ground. Now "broken window" policing preys on poor people (and in largely black neighborhoods) to fund for-profit prisons. Just look at driving records.. I've been pulled over 6-7 times in my life. Alton Sterling had like 30 citations not related to moving violations
I think the system is changing but I don't see how an intelligent individual can say that poor people (a huge % of black people) are not systematically oppressed.

Through the war on drugs and the war on poverty, yes. Affirmative government action which actually oppresses.

There are areas of high crime activity..normally low-income areas. These areas get policed more because of they're known to be where criminals operate(selling, drugs, B&E, assualt, etc. etc.)..these areas also happen to be populated by a lot of crappy people(black, brown and white)..just so happens the majority are black.
You telling me by chance the majority happens to be black?
