The only fact I have is the police chief calling the video "disturbing" if it was a "good shoot" I am sure he would use different language.
My guess is an accidental discharge.

its not a deflection. you obviously have some predisposed position of hatred towards cops.

He definitely could've been murdered for just breaking down. I don't think there's enough evidence at this point to support either answer. Either way, he shouldn't have been killed.

It looks pretty fricked up. If it was an accidental discharge, wouldn't one be compelled to rush to the victim and immediately administer aid to prevent death? Just saying...

new rules need to be established when these situations arise. hell from here on out if I get ordered to go get my ID, (which nobody knows if that happened), I am going to ask to be handcuffed and seated in the patrol car. can't get shot then.

To be fair police are trained to shoot to kill. They aren't trained to save the ones they shoot. If you're shot by the police chances are it's over for you.
