Not really. I have a business account with PNC. The closest one to the job is basically a storefront. They don't keep any cash on hand. You have to use the ATM for anything outside of opening an account.
Now at the ATM, you can talk to someone but I'm not sure they would give you 40k through the machine.

As a general rule, most ATMs have a daily limit of about $500-750 in cash per account.
