So much more info is needed to make such an absolute statement. How is table post flop? How likely are you to take down the pot with a flop bet if you miss your set (which will happen 88% of time. Are people at this table floating flop cont bets? Are you going to continuation bet all flops of any texture? How often is the table 3-betting preflop?

When there are eight people behind you, you can only factor in so many variables. We could sit here for years and talk about various situations that could pop up here.

Bottom line = PPs should always be in your UTG raising range, 6 max or 9 max, live or online. Unless you a) are sitting with less than 100 bbs and/or b) you don't know how to play post flop
