In states like Louisiana and Mississippi where the casinos are an additional revenue stream for the state, I'd imagine the trigger gets pulled sooner. In states like Nevada that live and die by the casinos and the tourism they generate, they'd have to be more reluctant to do it. This is where things like properly functioning governments and how prepared for contingencies they are really start to come into play.

It'll be an interesting situation to watch unfold.

If the Casinos and Waffle House voluntarily close then it may be time to start panicking.

The gov't hasn't shut down the airlines, mass transit, and cruise ships. Why would they shut down casinos?
