After the war my grandpa had an opportunity to purchase a surplus PT boat for $400.00. Damn! I sure wish he had done it! That would be perfect for running around the Gulf or even up here in north Georgia where I could rule Lake Lanier and calm those self-absorbed arse-hat boaters down a tad in the summers.
