Both sets of my grandparents, all deceased. Both papaw's were coal miners.

Mom's parents, mid 1960's, taken at the family homeplace still in our family in Harlan Co. They had 8 kids but one was stillborn.

My dad's parents, early 1970's, Papaw's face is covered in coal dust, also in Harlan Co. They had 9 kids.
