Pictured L, Inspector Morse (of the British detective series “Inspector Morse”) drove a 1960 Mark II Jaguar saloon.
Here’s a ‘63 iteration:
The Mark II model ran from 1960-1967, a 3.8l V-8 engine that would push that heavy slab 0-60 mph in 8.5 seconds.
They built about 90,000 of them. There ain’t many survivors.
I’ve seen exactly one in the wild in the US, and it was in Carmel, CA.

I had no idea that Red Barn was a chain. There was one south of Shreveport on HWY 1
