Your best bet is find out if you know someone already in the company, & to try & get them to put in a good word & get an “in” for you. Use nepotism to your advantage. You might land a decent job powering through the interview process, but 9 times out of 10 the best jobs are given to people that are already known & well liked.

Engineering? Maybe if you wanted job security you shoulda gotten a degree in a stem field like welding
