Perkins road

Does anyone know the schedule for Perkins road construction in BR. One lane each way is going to cripple city traffic once traffic ramps up again (which it already is)

The construction will cause bumper to bumper traffic...city will need a task force to ensure cars properly social distance 6 feet apart during that time.
