Perfect solution

1. Wall off Chicago, Bronx, LA, Atlanta
2. Remove the police COMPLETELY out of those cities and tell all BLM, ANTIFA, Hands up dont shoot people they can have them and run them as they please.
3. Tell them they can only do business with the ones that are brave enough to attempt to survive there, but they cannot do business with anyone outside the city walls.
4. After they finish killing each other off Mogadishu-style and starving to death bc nobody wants to do business there, we come back in and remove the remaining warlords.
5. The cities will flourish like never before under the re-establishment of law and order.
