Serious question related to this... would a male that identifies himself as a female face legal recourse for clicking as female in such an instance. Based on the current social climate, I am inclined to say no. But at the same time, it feels like a white person identifying as black to receive black scholarships would.

I'm hoping these things come up legally which leads to the end of specialized scholarships for "quota" reasons. Hell this could be the beginning of the end of quotas altogether. It's a weird road to the promise land so to speak. The lobs are starting to eat their own. They want "equality" which at its base means they cannot be singled out for benefits either.
