If the Egyptians had HR they would still be filling out forms and watching mandatory videos for the pyramids.

HR cloud software administration, sales, or consulting is a booming career path right now FYI.

Our HR rep contacted me today with a compression raise for one of our new employees. Handing out money is the best part of my job.

They aren’t. They tend to look at job title and specific skills as opposed to job duties and transferable skill sets.
