I've never understood why it's frowned upon to lay back in my chair at work and shut my eyes for a few minutes when it's perfectly acceptable to cackle for an hour in the kitchen, take smoke breaks, take 1-2 hour lunches, surf around on the internet, play on your phone all day, or sit on the toilet till your legs fall asleep.
