People who leave numbers on a voicemail and read them like an Ad legal disclaimer

Seriously, why? Why do they do this?
And it's not like they are talking fast throughout the voicemail. It's a normal paced conversation and then they go into hyper drive when they leave their number.

Because when we try to do them slowly, we get through "call me back at 2 2 5 2 2 2" before your voicemail system cuts us off.

Leave your name and number to start off and end the voicemail with the name and number. it's simple
