Are you allowed to complain about your neighbors being too rowdy or loud when you willingly chose to live next to a bunch of college kids?

Asking for my next door neighbor who's not in college, but somehow is at home at 3pm during the work week.

Sounds like he needs a job so he can make some decent money so he can be in a position to take advantage of living next to college girls.

Why are you jealous that I have vacation? I can take off whenever I want. Mind your own fricking business.

I'm thinking OP means like living in El Cid but not being a student. Not official student housing but mostly students.

Depends on what you mean. Are you talking about Uview or some house in South Downs?

There used to be an Asian family in Uview that i felt really bad for. They got sold a bunch of bs and moved into the loudest apartment complex possible (especially in the pre-uber days where everyone pregamed/0postbarred there)

Ah that makes sense.

And to the OP, you likely agreed to keep the noise down when you signed your lease. Even college-oriented apartments don't let you disturb your neighbors.
