The OP has a very good point and receiving lots of hate. (Side Note: I just feel a majority of you are just too oblivious of your surroundings. Y'all are the type of people who would watch an accident or incident happen and pull out your phone to film it or call 911 instead of taking action. Pathetic). I too immediately notice movie goers who are inconsiderate by smacking on a huge bucket of popcorn. Eating the popcorn is not the problem, it's how you eat it. With mouth open, smacking and making noises. I have actually moved seats in the theater for these reasons; Constant talking - Poor eating habits like OP pointed out - Kicking my seat - Smell like a French whore or nasty street person.

it too much too much to ask that when you shove your fat face with a handful of popcorn that you chew with your fat mouth closed?

I feel you. The other night this far lady two seats down was crunching on popcorn with her mouth open for the entire fricking movie. A solid two whole hours. Bc unfortunately it's free refills on the jumbo buckets and she was getting her money's worth.

I understand. I don't mind fat arses like you stuffing your hog jaws with popcorn. Just chew with you mouth closed. Also, it doesn't bother me to move, so i would be happy to move over a few seats.

The only things that really bother me at the theater are talking and playing on your phone. I can drown out everything else.

ETA: I stop eating during the quiet parts. I know the person next to me can hear it. Just be courteous and everyone will have a good time.

Ever since they upgraded the seats at a couple of theaters in BR, I've been going a bunch.

Just because you're too poor to afford the movies, don't hate on the people that can afford it.

You and your shite bag can stay in your single wide trailer

I go sometimes, everyone once in awhile but it is a rip off.. How much does it cost a family of four to go to the movie these days? I am sure the average family can't do it on a regular basis. $5 for a drink?

Either way, if you don't like what people do when they are at the movies then stay your lame arse at home. Honestly, when the movie starts, its usually too dark and really loud so I don't really notice what the people around me are doing. You must be the nosey type who is more worried about everyone else than anything else.

I have no idea, I don't really care. I guess it probably cost us around $100 for the 4 of us, honestly I do not know.

Did admin just whack a lunch thread? WTF?

ETA: I wait until it's out on blue ray. Theaters are too expensive.

I just looked, $64 for the tickets and I think we spent around $40 on drinks and snacks.

I'm not even sure what point I'm arguing anymore.
