I agree.

If you use passing lane slow drivers, Kentucky has to be #1. I pass on the right all the time, and I'm not speeding either, people just dive into the left hand lane to drive.
I'm of the opinion that to renew your license you should have to pass tests.

On the causeway I was forced to tailgate one of these Left-Lane-Holes for several miles going under the speed limit. She eventually moved over and when I passed she Mean Mugged me!!!! After I passed she moved back in the left lane for no reason. There was not another car within a mile in front of her

I see this all the time, and rarely do they get over, you have to pass on the right. I do not understand this behavior at all.

I've driven in each of the 48 contiguous states, and the whole goddamn thing should be red.
