Same here. Onions and peppers charred just enough to be soft, but still a bit of bite. So good. And fresh mushrooms sliced thin turn out awesome too.

I like banana peppers because I'm a spice wimp, but we usually go jalapenos because that's what everyone else likes.

Everyone could use a week of tracking their calories. It's kind of a pain, but it's eye opening, to say the least. We vastly underestimate serving sizes and their related calories.
