That is correct.

Very tragic and I feel for his family and friends. However, it is nobody's fault but himself that he was on that site. If you are going to cheat (or attempt to by joining a site like this), you should be able to live with the consequences. He is a coward for not being able to live with his actions and cheating his children out of a life with their father.

no way he killed himself bc he was exposed on AM. It was likely just the straw that broke the camels back.

Just like the Duggar guy, most people who cheat are on multiple sites. There is no telling what is in this guys closet. I highly doubt he killed himself over signing up on a website. He has probably had multiple affairs.

Bingo. It would've been real easy for him to be a fricking man and use it as a teaching moment to his kids of how not to act in life. Beg for forgiveness and try to rebuild his family.

Man, I sure hope not. That would make a tragic situation even worse, IMO.

Don't know the guy, but I can't see anyone with dependents taking themselves out over a public embarrassment alone. I imagine this was the last straw in an ongoing battle with a monster you have to confront personally to truly understand what an MFer it is.

Depression, I mean.

I have dealt with people who have committed suicide, every one was a weak person and very very selfish. The suicide was the last attempt at attention. frick em, only the strong survive.

It's quite ignorant and misguided to label something that you clearly don't understand as a weakness.

His wife said in the NOLA.com article that he had been having affairs for 20 years and it was something they were struggling with.
