Must be nice to work in an environment where delivering results is no where near the expectation. In fact when you royally frick up your employers dont even notice because normal.

If nothing else the city lost money by not maintaining or repairing meters downtown in the past year.
Lots of them don’t work so they can’t collect change for parking or write tickets for meter violations.
