I know of an almost 18 yo who, on paper, has selective mutism and anxiety, and tests like that of a 1st grader. "A decision she made"? Wow. Just wow.

How any lawyer can know the details of this intimately and frick up the simple civil servant's job of correctly filing paperwork is beyond me. Hope they were fired.

First time seeing photos of her body on the couch. The parents got off easy with only 20 years.
