Get the lease amended, talk to a real estate atourney. There's always something you can do. Change it or accept it.

Prozac and low dose clonazipam. Prozac is great for social anxiety and the low dose clonazipam will get you through until the Prozac has a couple of weeks to kick in. You may also need both. Xanax is good if you have an anxiety attack bc it works quicker but does not last as long. Clonazipam is slower to work but longer lasting.

Have you ever seen psych? I see a lot of people throwing out medication names, but don’t let Dr. Google treat you. Worst thing you can do is just sit back and let it keep happening. There is no shame in going to the doctor. Most people don’t reach out for help unless their body is sick, but our minds can be sick too. We are made of chemical actions and reactions and those process can affect us in such a negative way if they are not balanced.
I have lived with OCD almost my entire life. It started to rear its ugly head around age 13 with subtle “quirks” and by 18 I was living a life ruled by compulsions. I consider myself an intelligent person, but my rational mind didn’t matter.
At 30, I feel like I have control over it for the most part. I won’t say it has gone away, there are still some obsessive thoughts/compulsive actions I still have, but I function normally and that my friend is what matters.
