These aren't the least of anything, other than maybe effort. There's a black man who stands on the I85 onramp in Downtown Atlanta every morning with a sign (never read it) who's at least 6'2", maybe 40 years old, perfectly ambulatory, etc. Why would anyone give this person money? Then there are the ones with dogs, girlfriends, etc.- bitch you ought to be giving me $1 with all that shite going for you.

I believe the good books says something about a correlation between working and eating.
"Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.” John 6:27
He literally told his followers not to work for earthly food, but to cast down their nets (i.e. jobs) and follow him. They just wandered from place to place not working any productive jobs and begging for the charity of others.
