what's the benefits of doing this as opposed to the cardio/free weight workout I do now?

it's an intense cardio workout that uses a lot of HIIT, which is what you want to do to build lean muscle

Well, I don't know what kind of exercise you do, but HIIT like T-25 optimizes fat burning and gets you in shape quicker.

If you do it, the results will amaze you.

Well, for one it's designed for variety and all laid out for you in an easy to follow program.

You can do it in the comfort of your own home as opposed to having to drive to a gym and pay monthly dues.

There's a network of peers and coaches (like myself) that can help you through any issues, concerns, or lack of motivation.

It comes with nutrition guidelines too.

And I will say, there's no Cardio/Free weights in game thread on the OT. Just sayin'

I'm about to stretch. I may grab the yoga blocks during my hamstring stretch and take a pic and post it so you boys can see what a flexible sexy beast looks like.

I have workout just about everyday for the last 20 years.
This is not an issue.

I was just curious how this was better than the old fashion workout.

depends entirely on what the "old fashion workout" is, especially in its entirety

Ok, well, if you've been doing the same workout for the last 20 years, tell me, are you any different now that you were when you first started?

Just got done with yoga x and God did I need it. My hammys/quads/lower butt Always hurt the day after lunges. Feel better already.

Wife got kind of flustered on the yoga and tapped out early. I'm going to copy everything to her work PC so she can have a look at it through the day because since the entire p90 series is new to her she has no idea on the terminology and gets the redass quick lol.

Easily. I actually could do that when I first started the program.
