I only stayed there a few weeks. I'm a super picky eater so hard for me to stay real lean since I eat like shite.

Nurse at work took measurements. You could see six if I coughed but just waking around only 4 stared at you.

I did speed 1.0 and it wasnt that bad from a cardio perspective. Of course I had to rest some but overall not too bad.
The bad part is those assholes on the video make me feel like an uncoordinated douche on most of those moves. And the Asian makes it look so easy while im spazzing out on pretty much every move.

At 12 some guys still have all six. That's where genetics come into factor.
And it's impossible to maintain. It's a daily struggle for me. Mine comes and goes all the time when I decide I wanna have a bunch of beer and pizza at a Super Bowl party or let loose at an LSU tailgate.
I'm currently doing pretty good, but T25 got my core really ripped and X3 workouts are very effective.

I bet my buddy is at 15 percent but looks like Shaun t after one work out. So yea I see genetics involved. He is the ripped one but I'm the athletic one.

RIp't circuit is my favorite in T25. I use the bands in it just to be like that tall dude in the back.
And Sabi, I didn't follow the nutrition plan in T25 and granted I was already pretty lean, but it got even better.
If a woman with a significant amount of weight to lose does T25 and follows the eating plan, they'll be an minimum an OT6 by the end.

They have recipes for each flavor. You can mix it with different stuff to make it how you like.
I have the tropical berry one and it's the only one I can blend with just water and ice and it tastes good by itself.
