I'm sorry....I'm loyal to my coach, she's an actual friend of mine. She's just busy with the military funeral in DC of her fiance's father so I'd rather not bug her right now about it.

For fat burning and cardio endurance. There was an article about it in American Academy of Sports Medicine Journal a few months ago. 20 minutes of HIIT like sprints or Insanity is just as effective as 50 minutes of running for cardio endurance.

Yea my body fat percent was right at ten last summer. I had a 4 pack and a nice v but not the complete six unless I flexed.
