Take it easy SFP. It's ok to take a day off if your sick or injured.

Just curious. How do you become a coach and what are your responsibilities?

And what you mean by same deal?

Yeah, that and the $16/month (at least that's what it used to be) that you had to pay them.

yea for those looking for weights and are going to continue to workout at home i suggest the powerblock u-90 stage 1 set. LINK

its less than 400 and the weight ranges from 5-50lbs and you can continue to add the expansion packs to make them up to 125 per block if you want.

I have searched around and by far this is the best deal and powerblocks are by far the best dumbbells for home and the beachbody programs.

Yeah $15 a month to keep your website up. It's waived if you're military.

It's worth it if you get shakeology every month because you still save about $40 on the retail price.

You just sign up through me or any other coach.

Your responsibilities are only what you want them to be. You can be a "discount coach" and just sign up for the 25% off (which is what about 85% of the coaches do) or you can actively coach all kinds of people both locally and nationally like I do.

That's what I have and I love them. Mine go up to 100lbs.

You think 21 day fix is worth trying for the portion control aspect?

I'm trying to do more weight workouts....the workouts included that challenging?

My wife and I are going to do it together. I really do like the portion control option. Counting calories is just too much work for a lot of people.

The workouts aren't as intense as say X3 or T25, but it is a lot of high rep weights. Very good for getting lean. They're challenging but not overly intimidating like some of the more extreme workouts.

Thanks! Must be popular since it's always on back order. It's only $60 (right?) so figure worth a try.

nurse if you dont have trouble counting calories and hitting your macros then you would prolly get better results from something like insanity or p90x. the workouts are not as intense as those i mentioned and the program is more for those that struggle with portion control, those that dont know how to cook/measure things etc.

now if you do struggle go right ahead and have at it.

I have insanity, turbo fire and T25(with the gamma phase)

Insanity killed my back....one day I may be able to do it but t25 was more for me(cause of the modifier).

I count calories but struggle with it at times. My crazy schedule(working nights) doesn't help. Neither does my really strong sweet tooth and a 35 year old metabolism.
