I did it yesterday. Very nice workout I was panting hard afterwards.
The dudes in the videos are wusses on the pull-up bar. I was able to keep up with them.

It was pretty intense, but not as bad as I thought.
I heard the elevator pullups were killer. I didn't find them that bad. The hardest part was keep my grip for that long. I might try it with gloves next time.
The hardest move were those crane crunch pushups or whatever they're called. Couldn't get those right no matter what I did.

What is a crane crunch pullup?

Elevator pullups is where there are three levels of the pullup, all the way down, midway, and all the way up. Tony calls them out and you go to that level. Goes for 1 minute.
Crane crunch pushups are when a pushup is done then one leg is brought to the tricep the other is brought straight off the ground like a crane. I couldn't do it without falling down. Maybe got one or two good ones.

Ah, we do elevators. Yeah, they blow.
I can't wait to do X3. It sounds like it has a lot of new moves.

Some new, some classics, all pretty tough.
One of my favorites is mule kicks in accelerator. I'm good at them. I was pretty much doing hand stands.

Mule kick burpees? I can't do them at all.

Me and the wife start next week, neither of us have worked out in quite a while. Dreading the first few weeks, gonna be brutal.

Joey, where'd you and the wife get it from?

Triometrics just annihilates my quads, they freaking lock up.

So, how long is each video really? Is it really 30 minute workouts, or is it a 30 minute workout with five minutes of stretching.
In X2, we stretch for like 10 minutes.

30 minutes with 2-3 minutes of stretching afterward.

When Tony says "start the clock" the clock starts. 30 minutes from that point warmup included. Cool down at the end is optional.
That was one criticism of X2. It felt like the warm up was half the workout.

Yeah, but I really can't complain about it because I haven't got injured yet. :knockingonwood:

The stability ball stuff did feel fantastic.

Something just occurred to me.
Have their been any females joining in with the programs?
It's odd that I haven't seen any being that they tend to benefit from stuff like T25 more than men.

Still not showing as actually shipped. Just that FedEx was notified that it would be shipped. It will probably the arrive this weekend while I'm in San Antonio.

Let me see what I can find out for you.
ETA: I see a tracking number and a shipped date of 3/8/14. A lot of times FedEx runs behind with updating shipping status.
Did your email from beach body give you an expected delivery date? They're usually right with that.

I believe it's 3/14. So it'll come while I'm away. I want Thursday to be my rest day but I'm starting ASAP. I'll probably get started Sunday when I return.
