It's a system of bands that helps people with correct form and allows them to do more conventional pullups and chinups

I used to use a chair, but you really can't get the most out of it, and the chair always slipped away. The Chin-Up Max has completely changed my game.

I've done P90X twice and will be starting P90X3 later this month. Can't wait.

Do any of you use Shakeology? Is it better than whey protein (I currently use Isopure Zero Carb whey protein)?

nahhhh, i 'retired' when i turned 25.

any of you guys eat flax seeds? i was given some bulk golden ground flax and have no clue what to do with it.

I use it and I looooooove it.

It's not a replacement for whey protein though. I sometimes mix them together, although there is a fair amount of protein in it.

Did you order X3 yet?

FWIW I downloaded the X3 torrent last night in about 45 minutes. Planning on starting the Sunday after all the equipment is delivered.
