Boom, you'll get there if you stick with it.

I've been doing this stuff for 5-6 years now. That's the only reason I get those numbers.

I don't have a pullup bar, so I do bands for pullups. But I usually do 30 push/25 pull.

I decided to skip my rest day and did MMX last night at 8:30 and Eccentric Upper this morning at 7:00.

The bands are great, but you can only go so far with them.

I have my pullup bar on a really narrow doorway (shitty apts) so it's impossible for me to do a legitimate widegrip pullup. The bands might be a better option.

It's funny how some people think the bands are easier. Lol no. I cringe when I look at my bands. They are no joke.

P90x, P90x3 and Insanity have checked my ego when it comes to anything fitness related. Their simplest workouts can frick your world up.

Just my two cents. No reason to be scarred of insanity. I started overweight and did the best I could. Pounds melted off and it really is a fun program.

It's just hardcore cardio and body weight exercises.. My core was stronger as ever on insanity and dropped a lot of weight.

Just my opinion, the Chin-Up Max is the most legit thing ever. There isn't a pull up or chin up I can't do because of that thing. I hang all the way down because of that bad boy.
